Shipping Terms

We currently work with Australia Post to provide our customers with the best delivery experience possible.

All orders placed before 1 pm AEST Mon-Fri will be processed and shipped on the same day, orders placed after 1 pm AEST will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

All orders are processed and shipped on business working days only, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Options:

Free Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $250 AUD.

Express Shipping (1-2 business days)*: A flat rate fee of $13.95 AUD for all orders under $250 AUD

AUS standard shipping (5-7 business days)*: A flat rate fee of $9.95 AUD for all orders under $250 AUD

International Shipping (7-10 business days)*: Shipping costs may vary, a minimum fee of $30 for all international orders.

*Please keep in mind that some areas may take longer to deliver and we cannot guarantee Australia Post delivery timeframes are accurate. The above time frames are a guide on when to expect your order. If you have any concerns with your order, or if it is taking longer than expected, please contact us directly.

Returns and Exchanges:

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us.

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, dated from the day you receive your parcel.

We do not accept "change of mind" purchases, used items or returns of sale items. Goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and returned to us at your own cost. To inform us of a return, please email us directly with the subject line "Returns: [order number]", including the reason for the return in your email.

If for any reason your products are faulty or damaged upon arrival, please take a photo and get in contact with us directly to organise a replacement product at no extra cost.
